Funding E-Book FAQ: Q: What should I do if I've subscribed to the e-book but cannot view the contents? A: If you're having difficulty viewing the e-book, please ensure that you are using one of the following browsers and that JavaScript and cookies are enabled:
If you are still having difficulty, please contact your company I.T. administrator or TSI for assistance. Q: What should I do if I see a Google login page when I try to access the e-book? A: Google account holders (Gmail, AdWords, etc.) may see this page if they have not completely logged out of a Google session which has been automatically expired by the system. To completely log out of Google, please click on "Sign in as a different user" and refresh/reload the e-book to solve the issue. Alternatively, you may log back into Google by entering your Google password (to re-authenticate you as a Google user) – if you opt to log back in to Google, please close the e-book window and reopen it. Q: Can I use the same login and password for the e-book subscription and time tracker? A: No, these programs are unique and require different login credentials. Q: How frequently will the e-book be updated? A: The e-book will be updated as programs are added, removed or changed. Q: Will you notify me if the e-book changes? A: Registered e-book subscribers will be notified of changes related to new, expired and current programs via email sent on a regular basis. |
